My wife found Tyler Kamtz and his team, i have always rolled my eyes at the thought of a real estate agent. I did the same before even meeting Tyler. We had our first meet at our first showing and at first it felt like every other real estate agent. Tyler was confident we would eventually find something i told us to try Albuquerque again. We listened and we were patient. We found a house in Albuquerque, the value was great. We negotiated a good contract and due to appraisal and inspection findings we had to negotiate the repair which Tyler navigated is through perfect. He was always there and easy to talk to. He is still here with us today. A phone call away and ready to support. We closed yesterday and he is still here today guiding us through improvements. Tyler has surpassed my expectations as to what a real estae agent truly is. He is just an agent for good deals, he is more than a real estate agent.
